You might be navigating burnout, identity shifts, relationship patterns, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you to this space, my role is to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you, explore the patterns that show up in your life, and support you in moving toward a way of living that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.

This is a space where your culture, history, and lived experiences are honoured and welcomed.

A Space Rooted in Culture, Identity, and Lived Experience

As a mixed-race, second-generation immigrant and person of colour, I understand the complexity of holding multiple identities, especially in a community where IBPOC voices are less represented. I’m passionate about offering culturally responsive and socially conscious care for individuals from IBPOC communities, people navigating mixed-heritage experiences, and anyone exploring identity, belonging, or intergenerational stories.

Relational Patterns, Vulnerability, and Emotional Depth

Much of my work focuses on supporting clients in understanding their past and present relational experiences. This may include exploring attachment wounds, abandonment fears, limerence, relationship anxiety, people-pleasing, or the protective strategies you’ve learned to survive.

Together, we’ll gently explore how these patterns impact your sense of self, boundaries, and vulnerability, and work toward cultivating relationships with others and with yourself that feel more secure, grounded, and compassionate.

Burnout, Identity, and Life Transitions

Many clients come to me during times of overwhelm, change, or uncertainty. Whether you’re facing burnout, perfectionism, shifting roles, or feeling disconnected from your sense of self, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface. This might include identity development, boundary-setting, self-worth, and the internal pressures that make it hard to rest or trust yourself.

My approach is whole-person, culturally aware, and centred around your values and lived experience.

CLINICAL APPROACH

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating. My approach is compassionate, relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. You set the pace, and we shape the direction together. I draw from evidence-based modalities, including:

A structured approach to help you understand and gently shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact your well-being.

Focused on clarifying your deep personal values to guide meaningful action and increase psychological flexibility.

An approach designed to help you safely reconnect with your body’s wisdom to support deep emotional processing.

Working collaboratively to explore, understand, and intentionally re-author the powerful stories that shape who you are.

Utilizing ‘parts work’ to build a compassionate, understanding relationship with your complex inner world.
