Welcome! You may have found yourself here if you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, grief, perfectionism, or challenges related to identity or women’s health. Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and care—and support you in finding clarity, building resilience, and reconnecting with what matters most to you.
As a clinician with lived experience as a person of colour and second-generation immigrant, I’m passionate about creating an inclusive space for individuals from IBPOC communities, minority groups, and diverse cultural backgrounds. My work centers culturally-responsive and socially-just care that honours the complexity of who you are. I support clients exploring their cultural heritage, navigating intersecting identities, living with chronic pain, or experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue. I hold space for the unique experiences tied to women’s health and invisible illness.
What You Can Expect in Our Work Together
Starting therapy can feel both exciting and intimidating. I’m here to make the process as safe, empowering, and collaborative as possible. My approach is rooted in compassion and trauma-informed care. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely, reflect at your own pace, and take steps toward the life you envision.
I draw from evidence-based modalities including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): to explore unhelpful thought patterns
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): to clarify your values and take meaningful action
- Narrative Therapy: to re-author the stories that shape your identity
- Somatic Therapy: to support emotional processing and reconnection with your body
I integrate these approaches in a way that is holistic, personalized, and grounded in your unique needs.
Whether you hope to develop coping skills, process complex emotions, or navigate a new chapter in your life, I’m here to support you. If you’re curious about how we might work together, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation call. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing.
